Robert Quarshie

Seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and telecom and fintech finance operations. He currently serves as the Financial Controller of Emergent Payments Ghana Limited.

He has previously held senior roles at Airtel Ghana (Mobile Financial Services) and MTN Ghana, where he led financial strategy, IFRS compliance, system controls, and major transformation initiatives. He holds an EMBA in Accounting and Financial Services Management from the University of Ghana Business School and a BSc in Administration (Accounting). Robert is recognized for strengthening governance frameworks, optimizing financial performance, and delivering sustainable business value through strong financial controls and strategic leadership.
