Fredrick Yaw Mensah​

A seasoned banking and operations executive with over 15 years of leadership experience driving transformation, operational excellence, and business growth. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Emergent Payments Ghana Limited.

He has held senior leadership roles at BEIGE Capital, The Trust Bank (later acquired by Ecobank Ghana), Intercontinental Bank Ghana, and Prudential Bank Ghana, overseeing branch operations, compliance, IT systems, treasury, and asset growth initiatives. Beyond banking, he has built and led high-performing multinational sales networks across Ghana and Nigeria. He holds an MBA from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cape Coast.
