Stephen Ntiri

A seasoned finance and accounting executive with over 20 years of experience in treasury management, financial strategy, taxation, internal controls, and corporate governance across financial services, media, hospitality, mining support, and consultancy sectors. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Emergent Payments Ghana Limited.

He previously served as Group Accountant at Emery Invest Ghana Ltd., providing strategic financial leadership across a diverse portfolio including hospitality, media, and technology businesses. Stephen is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Certified Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. He holds an MBA from the University of East London and an MCom in Taxation from Pentecost University. Stephen is recognized for building robust financial systems, strengthening governance frameworks, and driving sustainable growth through strategic financial leadership.
