Cohort: a band of people with a common interest. Cohorts are groups which meet regularly (ish) to talk about issues those in the emerging conversation would identify with. There are 3 doctrines:
- good food
- good wine
- good conversation.
If you're able to subscribe to these doctrines - you're in! To join a cohort, click on its name and then "Subscribe" on the following page.

The group for the Joburg North Cohort convened in and around coffee shops with the occasional sprinkle of beer as we have conversations and figure out what extending God's Kingdom looks like in our postal society. Meeting spots: Europa in Linden; Melville, people's homes...
Welcome to the Pretoria cohort group, mostly co-ordinated by the able people from Nieu Communities in Pretoria North. Click here to join this group.
This is the group for South Africa where all South Africans belong. You should probably belong to this group and also to a cohort group (a cohort is a group which meets in your area to talk about issues important to those in the emerging church conversation - if there's not one near you, why not start one up?).
